Breakfast...2 eggs, slice of toast
Snack...pretzels
Lunch...small grilled chicken greek salad w/pita bread and italian dressing
Snack...sweet tea and a vanilla cone
Dinner...meatloaf, julianne potatoes, peas & carrots
I did get my 64ozs of water in today & a trip to the gym to walk for 20 mins on the treadmill.
