Breakfast: Sausage McGriddle with an extra piece of sausage; large sweet tea
Lunch: Nacho Platter, but I only ate approximately 1/2 of it.
Dinner: Chips & Salsa; cheese w/chorizo, sour cream and tortillas; and 2 large cokes
No water, no workout.
I knew/know it is going to be a rough week this week, but I will pull it together!
