Breakfast: 2 eggs, a slice of toast
Lunch: Large Chicken Greek salad w/o beets and olives and with Italian dressing and a pita bread plus a large coke
Dinner: Holy Moly and a large pepsi
Snack: iced brownie
No water, no workout....
