My favorite quote...We all live in hiding. In one way or another each of us conceal pieces of ourselves from the rest of the world. Some people hide because their lives depend on it. Others because they don't like being seen. And then there are those special cases, the ones who hide because they just want someone to care enough to look for them...Which one are you?

Good News On Hump Day!

So today was the meeting with the munchkin's teacher and his wing dean. It went better than I expected. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. They wanted to make sure we were all on the same page with everything that is going on. The wing dean wants to sit down and talk with the munchkin to see if she can help him with things. I thought that was good. The teacher also indicated that this year's class does not seem to mesh well, which does happen from time to time, but in all of her years teaching (3-4 years) she has not had seen it so bad. She is concerned as my munchkin seems to be ostracizing himself from the rest of the class. :( Apparently he likes to yell at them when they bother him. He is so his mother. LOL Of course I'm sure this whole situation is not over and will continue, but this little chapter is now closed. :)

Apparently either to soothe my no longer frazzled nerves or to celebrate this success I delved into a huge pile of ice cream topped with mounds of hot fudge. Definitely not good for the whole weight loss thing, but I must say it was crazy yummy! I swear I ate so much that I thought I was going to be sick. Opps... I cannot tell you the last time I ate a hot fudge sundae and I better not eat another one again for a long time, but I will say I totally enjoyed every bite of it! Of course now I'll be up till 2am making sure my workout clothes are washed and dried to workout tomorrow! I have a crap load of hot fudge and ice cream to work off!

On a side note...I ordered my swimsuit for our weekend away! I also ordered my planner pages, I picked the 2nd set from here! Oh yeah...the best news~~my cousin & his wife are having a girl!!!!! :) The best part is...it irritates my mother & my brother! LOL My brother has the strongest desire to have a girl before me, but has only produced 4 boys thus far and my mom is convinced that my cousin only wanted a girl to have the first (biological) girl born in our family since me. Isn't my family loving?! hehehe
